With forty eight countries, several overseas territories and all six inhabitable continents visited between us, we feel that we have amassed sufficient experience (mostly positive but on occasions negative) to start a travel blog in our very early forties! Our journeys range from everything encompassed within sustained travelling for many months at a time to city breaks lasting seventy two hours.

 

We've been together for just over a year but have been fortunate enough to have been on several holidays/ breaks within that time. We both work full time so, like most people, time for us is precious and therefore the necessity to make the right decisions before and during our travels is vital. We also, where possible, want to find destinations that neither of us has hitherto been to, so we can savour the memories for the first time together.

 

Our primary aim is to bring our story to you from a perspective of this is what we love, like or otherwise, and then enable you to decide whether you'd like to explore our recommendations further. Our biggest passion in life is travelling, finding something different, sampling new cultures and everything involved with this way of life. So many memories have been made but the hunger for more is insatiable, so Full Steam Ahead!!
